will the 908 blade fit the 916 YES

1419975415008.jpg works perfectly all I had to do was sand about .010 off the back spacer . Blade is centered and lockup perfect no blade play at all . This would be the perfect benchmade in my opinion. Going to keep it this way.
 
On the reverse side, did you put the 916 blade in the 908 frame? I'd like to see what that looks like if you did.
 
1419988437843.jpg the blade fit good, I ended up giving it to my best friend, he likes the serrated edge. It was a little tight fitting in the liners , kept the original 908 washers with the 916 blade. The 916 washers are thicker than the 908 washers. I don't have a 909 but I would think it would work as well.
 
I wondered about this every since the Axis Stryker came out. I wasnt sure the swap could be done as one blade is slightly thicker than the other according to Benchmades specs.
