Will the Custom Shop Re-Open?

My opinion - Right now, with Operation 2 Weeks in full swing in addition to their prior backlog, the shop has all the work it can handle. (Even the typical G10 offerings bump an order to the Custom Shop, so they're still pulling new work in addition to old.) I see no reason to expect that the Custom Shop will not reopen...unless, of course, Jerry decides to make this a long term business model.
 
I do understand the backlog, and combined w/ Operation Tango Whiskey ..its all hands on deck.

It is indeed a changing of the business model that I fear may be the end of the CS.
 
I have on some decent authority that it will open back up. Honestly I've heard it won't be back up 18 months. I've heard slightly longer, but their plan is to open back up.

When it finally loses enough weight, it will re-emerge. . . leaner. . . meaner. . . . and much more exciting!:eek:

Drinking to the Custom Shop...and to it getting my poor NMSFNO, SAR3, and SS rehandled and such :thumbup: Now, where's that Laphroaig... :D
 
Hopefully by then I'll have enough scores paid for that I can open up a new order! :D

Well about 3-4 months ago, I rode to the shop and here is my exchange with Jerry and Garth.
