Will the sark become our offical issue?

The city of Rochester sits on the shore of Lake Ontario with the Gennesee river running through it.There is big plans to develop the waterfront,including a "fast ferry" to Toronto.

The fire dept. is now going to have to increase its presents on the waterfront.We have bought boats ect.Well there is talk by some on the committee to buy rescue knives.So I passed along The recent article from Blade,On the Emerson sark in the hopes that this is what they go with.

Its kind of a longshot because the higher ups don't know the difference between a $30 pos and an Emerson,but I'm trying and hopefully they will learn from the Navy's experiance.

Email Derek - maybe he can send your higher-ups a media guide, or something, that explains WHY Emerson would be better than a $30 POS.

I just finished up writing an article on the P-SARK that will be directed toward one of the law enforcement publications. It is specifically directed towards why the P-SARK is probably the ideal LE issue knife. Once I get a firm confirmation on who is going to publish it I will get a copy to Derek at the factory for disbursement to the guys wanting to sell their agencies on them. I have been very impressed with the P-SARK for LE work, and have been daily carrying mine since Trexpo a few weeks ago I have even left the house on several occasions with just the P-SARK. This is the first time that my commander has been left on the nightstand in two years-thats saying something.

Now come on guys, I had to give it an honest test. You got to let some of the other Emersons ride in the front pocket once in a while. If you don't, they send e-mails to other suspects asking to be traded...ask Tami, he'll tell ya. One of his kept sending me E-mails demanding to be traded to me.....so just remember, they all need love, not just the Commanders.

I agree.....my CQC7 can be found in my pocket often, mostly when my commander is "off duty" or something smaller(can't believe I said that) is more appropriate. The choice will be even harder to make once a wave is ground into it. I shudder to think of getting a P-SARK.... My pea brain would burn itself out trying to choose between them.
