Will the Worker model ever be resurrected?

I have never owned the Original one-handed clip-carry knife, the Worker, but lately would feel interested to see the model (if feasible, of course) in the SS handle as before but with a VG-10 blade. Just wondering if there were any plans for a reissue of this classic.

Well, Spyderco could always change their mind, but Sal has indicated that on several occasions and that the model is retired, period.

I too like the Worker blade profile - my main prefernce would be to modify the frame to cover the exposed tang of the blade - a real pet peeve of mine.
 
There was one a year or so ago.The anniversery Worker.Allum scales and VG10 blade.
 
If you want one I just saw two of them on eBay. Going for 96 British Pounds at the moment, kinda expensive, but they are NIB.
