Will there be a 707-1?

As I finish cleaning and polishing the liners on my 707-1201 I wonder if BM will offer a 707-1 similar to the 940-1 and the 484-1. I have a 940-1 (now the only 940 I own). I really like the 707 Sequel and it is likely my favorite knife and most carried EDC.



I wouldn't mind seeing another premium steel 707. The carbon fiber and blue standoffs on the 707 would be right up my alley.

Is there a list or a plan for the ###-1 model plan?
 
I don't know of any indication of what or when the next -1 will be. Maybe someone else does?

And as much as I like my 707, i seriously hope the next -1 is gonna be the 943.

I totally missed out on the M390 707 so I am all for another limited run or permanent variant. It's my most carried knife in my collection almost never leave home without it. I like them so much I bought 3, 2 in plain edge satin and one in all black, even converted a satin into a clip point to make my own variant.
 
Now that is a clip point. Not sure I like it, but if you do, that's all that matters :thumbup:
 
The finer tip makes for some easy detail cuts but I still prefer my unmodified 707 for EDC.
 
So far it is Carbon Iber scales, blue anodized accents (standoffs), amd S90V steel. My take on it.
 
Let's hope our cries don't go unnoticed. May even post on the BM forum for added visibility. BM707-1 would be the ultimate EDC for me and my uses. Seems others share similar feelings.

I certainly do! Right now there is a shot show version of the 707 that is available through several vendors.

I'd really like a 707 with standoffs instead of a backspaces, g10 or CF scales, and a deep carry clip. Does anyone know where I can go to find that? And, I wish the SS liners weren't there. It's such a great size - my favorite. I don't understand why it isn't more popular.
