I've used the Buck warranty before, and they were great. The other day a screw went MIA on my Sprint Pro scales. Do they send screws, or do I have to do the whole fill out paperwork and mail it for 1 screw?

I lost some screws form my 110 legacy, tried to order them from buck ,they said we do not sell parts, had to send knife in for warranty, so I removed the screws, and hardware form two of my 110cfsle1 legacy knifes ,sent them in for warranty took 10 weeks , cost $30.00 to replace screws and hardward, how I have some extra parts for my legecy 110, I'm happy know

Buck had a long history of keeping ALL parts but especially loose blades inhouse. Even the BG42 112 blade "replacement" program back in 2002 kept the old blade on every knife sent in and if you just bought a new 112 the new blade they took out..

I was able to get replacement screws for the Buck 104 Compadre recently for no charge.

Long story short, if you want the screw replaced send the knife to Buck. I have had someone at Buck try to help me twice having screws sent to me. The first time after bothering them with emails for a few months I sent the knife in and the screws were replace. Second time, my take apart 112 was missing the rear bolster screws (both of them). Again my Buck contact attempted to help and after 3 months of sending multiple emails a package arrived. The package contained 2 sets of the front Bolster pivot screws not the rear screws. Someone from the Warranty departments idea of a joke? Send it in and avoid the grief.

Also, the Warranty department repair work is fantastic. They are not a parts supply house.
