Will this blast cabinet work?

That will work fine....I power mine (just like it) with a 6hp compressor. I use an old shop vac for a dust collector. The inside is a bit smallish and I wish that I had gotten the bigger model with legs....but it will do the job.
 
The window is normally plexiglass and will frost over pretty quick. You can get clear Mylar sheet and double stick tape it to the inside and when it frosts over, replace it. Alot cheaper than replacing the glass or plexiglass.

If I were buying one I'd get one with a hopper instead of a flat bottom. Just my opinion though.
