Will we ever see a FFG endura wave?

Wonder if we will ever see a fully flat ground endura with the wave/emerson opener. The only thing keeping me from getting the current wave endura is the sabre grind. I have zero use for a sabre grind endura.

I have one, and I completely agree. My brother has a FFG model, and it's a much more useful knife, IMO. I put them both on a scale last week, and the waved version is noticeably heavier. I should have taken a picture......oops.

Anyhow, the waved opener is cool, the tip is very stout, but the color and cutting perf doesn't hang with the FFG model.

With a bench grinder and maybe a dremel, you could make your own wave.

Rather not cut up a new knife, spending tons if time and potentially money. Just asking if this has ever been discussed or hinted at before, since all endura's used to be sabre ground.

There was a Delica Wave that was reground to FFG
and it was awesome.

IIRC.
It was a Krein job.
