say Orlando PLEASE be kind enough to keep your cold weather to yourselves? I'm just getting over the LAST cold front and now I hear there's ANOTHER one coming and it's going to be in the 40's tomorrow night! Sheesh!!!! Native S. Floridians cannot tolerate much under 65 or so. My house does NOT have a heater and my wife is skinny and my bones ache (What a drag it is getting old...).

I'm going to have to get some Filson gear if this keeps up. Guess I'll have to wear my M-65 to bed and actually shut the windows. Man, what a bother! It's supposed to be gym shorts and nothing else. I'd move further South, but there's not much South below me (In the USA).

Keep your cold and we'll send you OJ and tomato's (.89/lb now) OK? OK!

OJ? He's down there playing golf and lookin for the killer??? His search has taken him all over I'd say.......

We folks in the north are givers. We get a boatload of something, so we share it with our southern brethern.
 
Its been 60 deg. here in the Northwest, all the snow melted in the ski areas and it has been flooding! We could probably give you some rain instead of hte cold!
 
Hey Rob. Take your vast quantity of INFI and stick it in the oven for awhile. They make great bed warmers. Just be careful when you roll over at night. :D

Rain is ok, we're used to that and are set up to handle it. Got ~17" in a 24 hr period a few years ago and everything was back to what passes for normal down here within a day or 2.

When it gets below 50, the natives are dressed up like the fans at a Green Bay game and the tourist are wearing shorts and Tee shirts and looking at us funny. :-))

Bad idea. My wife has made it very clear on that after flopping into bed once and cracking her head on the (1" across the flats) bbl of my C. Sharps that was under the sheets. I was very lucky there was no .45-70 rounds in the room. No, I wasn't sleeping with it, just taking some measurements. LOL Boy, was she PO'ed! Nice goose egg on her noggin. I think I slept on the couch that night after putting the Sharps back in the safe.

Put some freaking clothes on Rob! .89/# on maters huh? That has to beat what I paid for the crappy ones I got from my distributor last week. Every one was mush too. You can't run mushy maters through the slicer, no matter how sharp the blade is.
 
Yeah, a big article in the paper here last week. Farmers are having to let them rot in the fields because the distributors and end sellers just will not lower their prices to reflect the supply. The farmers are producing them for about .16/# but the end sellers want to keep charging over $3/#. There is no shortage, just greed.

Its like -17 here. I think its the wind that really kills you. I can't even wear a knife its just too cold.

Its the cold that they tell "don't go out unless you really have to"

But I do have to. I need more Captain M
