HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELPPPPP MEEEEEEEE.................

I lost my Delica98, so I have been carrying my Endura.

I want to get another small knife. Under 2" blade length.

How about these.........................

* Ladybug I
* Ladybug II
* Cricket Lightweight
* Dragonfly Lightweight
* Clip it Navigator

Since my Endura is 100% plain edge, I was thinking that my new 2" bladed knife should be 100% serrated. I would carry both at the same time, for different types of cutting.

I need comments about these small knives that I mentioned by name.

I have ordered from MJSknives.com in the past, but lately I have been reading that they are in the toilet.

What is the best web site for knives with the lowest prices.

It takes about 90 seconds to load.........................................

I got the Dragonfly as a gift and at first thought it was to small to be useful. I was wrong! I used it at first as an airplane knife, and carried it whenever I flew. The thing is great. I think the carbonfiber version would be excellent, I hear they are discontinued? I have the regular blade zytel handled and the ergonimics are perfect. I don't mind AUS-8 steel(in fact I like AUS-8) for a utility knife. The Dragonfly is a nice "little" knife. I think Skylands cutlery has these in stock, they have low prices and are good to deal with. ...Ed.

Both Ladybugs are great. Good for your keyring. They're inexpensive too.

If I had to pick only one from your list it would be the Navigator. The blade cuts 'bigger' than it looks. The G-10 handle sticks like glue and the size doesn't seem to give anyone heartburn.

I can vouch for Skylands Cutlery too.

Tough choice for me between the Cricket and the Navigator. The handle of the Navigator, with its "pinky ledge" and G-10 scales gives you a far better (and more comfortable) grip than the Cricket with its oval shape and FRN handle. On the other hand, the Cricket offers better blade steel (ATS-55 vs. GIN-1), a liner lock, and a blade shape that's amazingly versatile.

Get a Ladybug and a Dragonfly in zytel. If you look, you can get both for under $50 before tax or shipping. The Ladybug is the perfect keychain knife and is quite capable of real work. the Dragonfly is an execellent small pocket knife. The zytel Cricket is the only small Spyderco i do not like because mine does not lock up.

I've got an aluminum Cricket and a stainless steel Dragonfly. Both of these knives are quite sharp, and cut like bigger knives. I'd strongly recommend either (or both).

If you want to go just a little bit bigger, I'd strongly recommend the Calypso Jr. Lightweight, which I just received. I typically don't like zytel ("fiberglass reinforced nylon), however, the blade on this one is so nice, I'm willing to overlook the zytel).

Well, I'm waiting??????????????
