I received my WH Titan 15 several weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. I carry it everyday and till now I'm loving it. It looks already worn, but with a nice patina. I'm curious how the buttonlock works with dirt, as being a civil engineer. Has anyone the same experience?

I have owned a WH Tom Brown Quest (which is essentially the same as the Titan 15) for a while now. The laminate on the blade scratches fairly easily, but I don't have a patina as both the laminate and the core steels are stainless. I have only gotten dirt into the button lock area a couple of times and this did not seem to affect the lock up of the blade. I would be hesitant to rely on the button lock design if alot of dirt gets packed into the lock up area. I hope that helps you out.

Sine the WH B15 is was designed with input, approval and endorsement by Tom Brown, I wouldn't worry about using it in an outdoor situation. How do you like it? The B15 is high on my list of "folders-I'm-saving-to-buy".

Question: does that use the new ZDP-189 blade? Are they user dismantable to change the pivot bushing? I understand they use syntethic bushing instead of bronze.

I like this knife very much. Thin and light and sleek in the pocket, I do not notice carring it. In normal life I find that a big advantage! Very smooth opening. Incredibaly sharp. Beautiful and not scary in public, big enough to be functional.

I used it till now in normal conditions. Peeling an apple/ opening boxes, cutting paper/rope/tieraps and so on. No heavy tasks till now. But my other knives have seen enough abuse, so will this one.

I also like the clipcase very much, much more then I expected (I always carry my knives in my pocket not using the clip) but it works great , no clip on the knife, and always in the same place without beeing very visible.

Very nice people at WH (bought it directly). Worth the money!!
