I have a like-new William Henry small utility/large paring knife with a laminated ZDP-189 blade and a carbon fiber full-tang handle for sale. As most of you know by now, ZDP-189 is one of the most wear-resistant knife steels ever developed, and it can be hardened up to about RC 67-68 and still maintain functional toughness. According to William Henry, the blade of this knife is hardened up to RC 67, which allows it to hold an edge exceedingly well, and the stainless laminate on the blade increases its toughness. The fit and finish on this knife is virtually flawless, and it is one of the nicest-looking kitchen knives that I've seen.

I've used this paring/ utility knife a few times since buying it, but it doesn't show any signs of wear and looks and feels as good as on the day I got it. The knife has never been resharpened, but it feels every bit as sharp as it came.

This particular line of kitchen knives, with the carbon fiber handles, has, to my knowledge, been discontinued by William Henry.

For payment, I prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal and cash (at your own risk). If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I will only accept a personal check if I know you, and I reserve the right to wait for it to clear before I ship.

I will consider trades for custom folders. However, I am not interested in serrated blades, production knives, or fixed blades other than small (less than 5" blade) Hossoms or Russ Andrews at this point in time.

Feel free to post, email, or PM any questions. Thanks for looking!
