I recently aquired a folding knife with a locking device all metal, the blade is aprox 31/2 inches on the tang is marked WILLIAM RODGERS SHEFFIELD ENGLAND on the handle is a hallmark WR ** S , the lock is a squared hoop. can anyone tell me if this is a genuine william rodges and the aprox age
