My son found a knife several years ago and has always been convinced its a special knife, could anyone clarify it's estimated age (it looks pretty old) and any other history or information
(I can't see how i can insert an image - if anyone could help I would be grateful)

Pictures are easy, just the instructions seem hard. Most importantly you need to use another picture hosting site and link the picture, directly posting a picture to BladeForums is one of the perks that comes with a paid membership.
Please remember though, that without a paid Gold membership or higher, you can’t ask or even allude to ask about the value. Asking anything about information or ID or history is fine, just not value.
Here is a link that takes you directly to instructions on how to do this. Follow the instructions in the very first post, second paragraph (for non paid members). In the next (second) post are instructions for both IPhone & Android users.

Pictures are easy, really, a lot easier than it just took for me to write this up for you. Good luck and ask away on any help you may feel you need along the way. Then get back to this thread and let’s see a picture of your sons special knife.
Again, welcome to BladeForums
