I would say that it's mint but it has the normal kydex marks and I did use it to cut 2 tags off clothes. It has seen no other use and has not been carried.

I'm selling this for $100 shipped with no Paypal fees.

Do you have pics? Do you still have the kydex sheath and box? Does it still have the original cord wrap and paracord lanyard?
