Looks kind of like a ripoff of Atwood's Son of a Prything or whatever they call it to me.

This one looks pretty good but I wouldn't buy it at that price.

I wouldn't call it a ripoff of anything. There are all sorts of prybars and related items around.
Peter Atwood makes the best, but that doesn't mean no one else should try.
