Here is a PACKnife (Pack And Camp Knife) recently completed. These are one of my favorite user knives that I make.
This model sports a 4.5" blade of CPM154 in 1/8" stock, run at 59-60 for excellent edge retention. I started hollow grinding these for even more cutting aggression.

The guard is stainless, and handle and buttcap are aluminum to keep weight down. The handle is knurled beneath the cord wrap. It includes a ferrocerium rod that threads into the buttcap for secure purchase when striking.

Very robust yet lightweight 8-9 oz leather sheath, which locks the knife in with positive retention. It is not coming out unless you draw it.

The finish is blasted on these, and then they are coated with a very thin coat of clear GunKote. This helps to prevent staining/corrosion from moisture and blood (cleaning game or fish), and also ensures they will have a nice even finish for years to come, even if well used. Very pleased with how it came out.
