I just saw an ad for this in this months Combat Handgun Magazine. Anyone have any experiences? It has the Emerson wave, and looks like it can be set up for the clip on either side. No picture of the clip in the ad, but the hole pattern looks like Emerson as well. Blade shape looks to be spearpoint with a false edge/swedge, and a partial serration. It has a stud, not a disc for opening.

Is this a licensed use of the wave, or an emerson collaboration/product? any info on specs/blade/handle/liner materials?
