Wilzin patent Identification please

Hello there,
I need to know about a folding knife called the "Wilzin Patent". I am led to believe that it was patented in the U.S. around 1889. It has a small switch which when pushed clicks the blade open so that it can be fully opened without breaking finger nails. I also need to know if I can sell this legally in the U.K.
Any information would be gratefully received.

There is an 1889 Swiss patent for a pocket knife invented by Arthur Wilzin and Norman-Charles Stiles. The text is in French, which I cannot read very well, but it seems to be related to a mechanism for opening knives.
