windlass spartan vs windlass gladiator

Hey folks, i got directed to kult of athena and a couple other sites to do my homework and came up with these two blades.

Can you give this beginner some feedback on them? Steel? Quality? They don't say anything about the tang design. I was thinking the spartan was a little shorter than what I wanted, then I saw a nice video of it cutting bottles and then thrusting through both sidewalls of a car tire! Good enough for a Spartan- good enough for me!

Any thoughts are appreciated.

The tang on Windlass pieces tends to be properly stout. Don't worry too much about them, just don't do anything stupid.
