I'm leaning to the wingman since it is less expensive and also has scissors thanks.

I prefer the wingman over the sidekick because I use the scissors much more than I would ever would use a saw and I kind of like the blade serration.

As far as quality they're the same. So without any background info I can't possibly recommend one to you over the other. I have the sidekick because I wanted one with a saw and a plain edge knife blade and didn't really see a need for the other tools that the wingman has over the sidekick.
