Winkler and Case Join Forces

The knife sure looks knice!

The sheath isn't to my liking but I would guess that's a definite compromise made to bring the prices down for the wider audience.

Handled them at BLADE and really liked the wood handled version. Think the rep said the price would be around $295.

Sounds like a good mix of knife people ,I hope it is successful !

I always liked him as the Fonz. Oh, wait....wrong Winkler. :D Nice to see that, but it is still pretty pricey for a production knife ground on a double disc machine. At least they are doing a proper Winkler handle shape as opposed to the flat slabs with pointy parts that you see on a lot of similar tactical and outdoor knives.

I like the looks of it, but I am not seeing a lot of savings over a regular Winkler 2.
To be fair, there a more people eating off this plate, plus, if we go by the normal MSRP vs Street price formula, this thing should actually sell for under $250. You don't get that deal with the Winkler 2 stuff as best as I can tell.

The $295 is MSRP, doubt that it will be retailed at that price. I thought it was a nice knife, the leather was good too. Kevin is a helluva nice guy..and warrior

What's good for the goose is good for the gander, and I like this as being a good collab for the industry in general.

True. As long as it isn't at a fixed MAP type price.

Very interesting. Ive wanted a Winkler knife for a long time but they have always been just slightly too expensive for my taste. I wonder what the actual street price on this will be?

Love my Belt Knife and this looks nice too. Much prefer my Winkler sheath though.

Msrp is like $80-150 less than the real thing. I don't know, personally I'd save a little more and get the real thing.

I see these are shipping and available here and there. If anyone scores one- please post thoughts on it!

The knife looks great. If this construction and grind is as good as it looks it should be a real winner.

I love my two Winkler Knives ... I like the collaberation ... I'll be curious to see where the actual selling price falls. And if its done buy Winkler which looking at specs and materials it should be a great knife for $50 to $100 or more savings.

The Knife looks great, but doesn't scream CASE to me.
It needs a little CASE flair to look at home in their catalog.
