Winkler field Self-made kydex sheath-Fast Carrying System

nice set up and pictures@
so uh, please excuse my understanding.
thus far; do you mean that you have
used four snap buttons on one half
of the leather belt tab/ loop for quick unfastening?
just maybe, it would be clearer
if you could take multile angled photographs
of the system detached from the
sheath?
nice touch with the button compass.

Thank you for your appreciation. The so-called fast means that you only need to open two buttons on the same side to pass through the belt, and you don't need to untie the belt to switch between horizontal and vertical. The characteristic of IWB button is that it can only be opened from one direction, I think you know

ah! eureka!
be careful the sheath doenn't snag on to something, as a sudden hard pull could
possibly lift the buttons right out and unsnap itself open .
would be rather interesting to test out the actual button renention strength in a mock accidental snag and jerk test.

Good advice, but I think it's okay
