Winkler knife, which one

So I've decided to finally buy a Winkler. I'm stuck though, belt knife, or spike seem to be the ones that catch my eye. What do you fellers think and why?

What are you going to be using it for?

Every day duty. Occasionally some camping, hopefully never as a self defense weapon but you never know. It'll probably spend most of its life cutting boxes and looking sexy.

I’d go with the belt knife... neither knife is huge, but the Belt looks a little easier to carry.

I like the belt knife. The pommel on the spike seemed a bit more than I needed.

Well, I personally would go for the belt knife out of those two.
Why? Because I would most likely never need to use the spike.
