Hey everyone!
Been reading and learning, buying and selling on this terrific forum for a few years now and finally got a hold of a knife that I feel would make for a terrific giveaway prize for my 1,000 posts mark!
This will be for the the long discontinued Buck Mayo Northshore. In the line of Buck/Mayo collaborations, this is the more affordable model with steel handles and 420HC blade steel. But, don't let that deter you from this excellent Mayo-styled Buck blade. It came to me in pretty used condition, so I took it all apart, cleaned it and took the chips out of the edge with my sharpmaker. Now, I'm no sharpening expert, but I feel like I got the edge back to usable again. Handles are marked from carry, blade shows scratches from use (prior to my acquisition), blade is off-center and I cannot keep it from rubbing the scale, but hey, this is not meant to be a NIB special! However, this DOES come with the original box and paperwork!
Simple Rules are as follows:
-Your post number is your entry - I'm good with just a simpel "I'm in", but I really enjoy seeing pictures of the knives and collections you all show off here day-to-day, so a picture in your post is encouraged but not mandatory
-One post per person
-CONUS addresses only
-Must be 18+yo
-Must have registered to this site before March 1st, 2015
-I'll pick a number on random.org around 8:00 am CST this Saturday.
Good Luck Everyone!
