Solid bolsters, faux bone plastic covers, BSA seal molded to look carved. This is a nice one in good condition, one of my favorites. But judge for yourselves: pix coming.
Post number is your entry number. Just tell me you're in if you want in.
Deadline Friday Feb 28 noon Eastern time. (I never know if we're on standard or daylight.) If I don't hear from the winner by noon on Monday Mar 3 I'll draw a new winner.
I tried getting a pic of the tang stamp, but it's a little obscure. Prov RI is more obvious than Imperial, which takes a little squinting to read.

Wow! Very nice Scrteened Porch! I recently inherited one exactly the same as the one you are giving away. Mine was in much worse shape. I clleaned it up as it was in need of some tlc, it turned out to be a great knife that i carried for about 6 months. I gave it away as well (to a family member). I miss it terribly and was considering getting another. Please count me in. Thanks

The pics aren't displaying for me for some reason, but I'm sure it's in much better shape than the scout knife I sent you last year! :D

Please count me in for this one sir

I can't not enter this one that's a beautiful knife I'm in and thanks for the chance.

Wow! What a neat knife. Count me in and thanks for the generosity, scrteened porch!

I want in on this one. Really nice old scout knife. Good luck to all and thanks for the chance.

I'm in.

I passed on one today at the flea market. I should have bought it for my cub scout nephew.

Please count me in. This would make a great new addition to my collection. Thanks for the chance!

I'm in. Eagle Scout here. I have been looking for one like I had in the 80's. I am now an assistant scoutmaster and Cub Scout den leader. Have two sons involved... This would be a good gift to my tenderfoot scout. I'm in. Thanks.

Thank you all for your positive responses. This knife will get a good home.
Jack, sorry about those pictures. This one has reddish brown and white handles with the seal larger and cast in low relief. And the bail is a rather attractive sort of lyre shape.
Edm1, I salute your scouting commitment. I think it still teaches values and skills we could stand to see more of.
Good luck to all.

I'm new to the forum, but have always been a bit of a knife knut. I was just thinking I should start collecting Boy Scout Knives. I'm a scout leader, and have a couple, but could use more liek this one. Count me in.
