Like most knife nuts I have products by Victorinox in my collection.
Over time I have found three to be excellent and when used together will cover almost any situation.
My at home SAK is a SwissChamp. This is a portable toolbox and a legendary tool in its own right.
For travelling I roll with two SAKs. The One Hand Trekker (Bundeswehr) and the SAK Rambler, a mini SAK.
The OHT is a top notch outdoors piece. Great saw, great blade for food prep.
The Rambler is a fantastic little EDC. I have mine on a split ring coupler along with a Countycomm widgy bar.
The reason these two are united forever is they both proved to be too cumbersome for my keychain, yet handy enough to go with me wherever I go. So they are now in a small pouch that goes into my pack (Eagle A-III).
The Rambler has a pair of scissors that is perfect for fingernails, as well as a bottle opener and a small flathead screwdriver and phillips. Its a great SAK!
These three together are a formidable combo. They can do just about anything.
