Winter Snowfish Pouch!

The day went from a brisk 50F to below freezing and then snow!
A winter wonderland…late, but very welcomed.



I went out to cook some Tilapia over coals, then grilled to see which I liked best. I used some interesting seasoning, along with good ol salt & pepper, and of course Cajun.

First, I cooked over coals and very low flame…
I used salt & pepper on these!

Grilled over oak and maple coals, it took 10 minutes to get them done right!

Temperatures were in the 20s!

Thanks, I used it again today, but free hanging by a carabineer, but didn't like it. I just don't wear a belt much and in winter if I wear it on a belt, it feels odd with the layers over it. All bulky and awkward.
