The day went from a brisk 50F to below freezing and then snow!
A winter wonderland late, but very welcomed.

I went out to cook some Tilapia over coals, then grilled to see which I liked best. I used some interesting seasoning, along with good ol salt & pepper, and of course Cajun.

First, I cooked over coals and very low flame
I used salt & pepper on these!

My camp

Coffee mug

The large hobo-stove

Chopsticks are also good for mixing instant brew!

All seasoned up with the good stuff!

The new pouch (Thanks Mike!)

SEA

Grilled over oak and maple coals, it took 10 minutes to get them done right!

The heat radius

Layered to hike out with music!

Temperatures were in the 20s!
