Winter Uniform Gloves?

Well, looks like my winter uniform gloves have walked their last patrol. Too bad because they lasted a lot of years, but I have to admit they were looking a bit ratty lately. Anyway, the current selection on the market has grown considerably since I last looked. I am partial to leather or at least a leather/synthetic combo. I kind of like the idea of a kevlar lining, but wonder just how warm that would be. Local uniform regs require black wrist length (not the longer style).

So, any LEO's - or equally knowledgeable folks - out there who might provide suggestions? Maybe reliable sources, too? All advice much appreciated!

I'm a civilian, so I can't make any recommnedations, but I second the question, and also throw out the kevlar vs spectra question. I wish I had a pair of cut resistant gloves back when I had to deal with concertina wire. Now I just think it couldn't hurt to have a nice pair of leather gloves with a little something extra sewn in.
