I'm currently working on a custom "Razorwire Fighter" for W. Andyrsen W. Andyrsen and I thought I'd make a thread with some of the pictures I've taken along the way documenting my progress for him and anyone else that might be interested!
This knife is a design that the buyer came up with and I'm making to their specs. AEB-L Steel with Grip-Tec scales.
Thanks for following along!

Got the 3D printed profile. Huge thanks to W. Andyrsen W. Andyrsen for the 3d images and scans he made to give me the perfect perspective of this knife and how he wanted it before it was even started!

after a TON of hand sanding....
Brought this up to 600 grit before using the airway buffing wheel kit from red label abrasives. Saves a ton of time!

Not a very good picture of the mirror finish- I forgot to get pictures, just a video which I won't upload. I'll have some at the end of the build.

Got them cut out and fit up with countersinking the Corby heads. IMG_7297.jpegAdded a bunch of divots and scratches into the handle for even more bond for the epoxy and less weight.IMG_7298.jpeg
Got it all glued up tonight and is drying now. Will be able to check on it Tuesday since I like for the epoxy to cure for 2 daysIMG_7300.jpegIMG_7301.jpeg
