WIP full integral fighter

Hi everyone, I've been a little bit disappeared from the forum, but now I'm back in business!

I wanted to show you a few pictures from a work in progress i'm doing this days.
It is a full integral fighter.
I've started the process with a round stock of 52100 steel. This is when I've isolated the blade and handle from the guard.

600 grit hand sanded.

Forming the scales for the handle. The material is olive wood.

I'll intent to finish this knife during the weekend. Stay tuned.

Hi everyone.
So yesterday i finished the knife. About it, I've left only sharpening.
The blade is acid stained and stonewashed.
The pins and the tube are made of copper

Now I must to make the sheath.

That's some mighty fine work - well done. Love the English Walnut and the tapered tang too. :thumbsup:
 
Fantastic man! And thank you for showing the steps that going into make this masterpiece. I think it connects us with it better than just seeing the final product.
