Hey everyone! So I finally got most of my knifemaking things in and started up on my first knife!
Here is the blade shape drawn onto the steel and cut out. As you can see it is 3/16" 1095 from Aldo.
Now I'm drilling around the blade so it's easier to saw through.
Here it is hacksawed out!
Edges cleaned up and marking for the grind started. It's going to be a scandi grind.
Using the round bastard file to take out the bulk of the steel.
