Greetings to all. I am not sure if this is the right forum for this, but here goes. I have an up to date wire edm in shop that is available for outside work. If you can provide a clean cad drawing, I can cut your parts for a very reasonable price. Work is guarenteed and fast turn around is the rule. My rate is much lower than job shops, with an average price per part of about $4-$5. Small runs are expected and welcome.

An edm leaves a precision, uniform surface that can easily be polished with 400 grit paper. No heat means no hardened edges and there is no cleanup required. Contact me at (972)381-0558 for more info. Thanks

Hey Bailey, good to see that machine going to work around the clock. Great piece of equipment.....If any other makers out there have'nt tried edm wire machining on your precision parts you are in for a real treat....it so nice when you slice and dice, and then the parts all go together like butta!!!! I give it a 10.....just my .02 worth......Larry D.

Hi Guys,
Bailey has done some work for me and the parts came out great. You can not get better tolerance than a wire, you should try it.
