Wire saw?

A few years ago I saw guy with a pocket size bundle of wire with two handles. He showed me that it was a wire saw for use in camping. Anybody know where I can get something like this?

If you get one of these... make sure you get a chainsaw style one. These are usually in a can the size of a snuss can (no I don't chew

). They will hold up to hard use. Those other flimsy saws... break after one or two uses and are a waste of money.

If you want to use the thinner versions of the wire saw you need to keep the wire straight and under tension when you use it. They are meant to be stretched using a bowed stick when used. Only apply moderate pressure so that wire bending is minimal.

You're welcome, alexoleary. I love it when I can actually answer a question. Usually I'm the one asking all the questions. Grin.
