Wireless Earbuds for iPhone

Once a week I vounteer at the local animal shelter and walk dogs. I listen to music or podcasts on my iPhone with the regular earbuds with a wire that you plug into the phone. They work fine but some of these poor dogs are desparate for attention and like to jump up and inevitably they get tangled in my headphone and yank them off as I get them harnessed and leashed.

I'm looking for wireless in ear earbuds so I can keep my phone in my pocket and there is no cord for the dogs to jump up on me and get tangled. I am not awful concerned about sound quality, as long as it is adequate. I listen mainly to podcasts rather than music. I sometimes have trouble getting earbuds to stay in my ears. It would be great if I could use them at the gym, as winter comes I do try to get there a couple times a week, so sweat proof is a plus.

I'd like to keep them as cheap as possible; it seems like the more expensive ones talk a lot about audiophile quality while I want "talk show" audio quality.

Thanks.

Might be a little out of your price range but I recently bought the Motorola S11-HD at wally world($80) for my iPhone 5...been very happy with them so far. I'm a truck driver but I use them when I'm working in the warehouse. Sweat proof, great sound for music or podcasts, easy access buttons, and one charge will last you a good while with a very quick recharge time(about 15 minutes). You can also use them to for phone calls but I haven't used them too often for that purpose so I can't say how they are in that department. I believe that I have seen the same headset at Best Buy for the same price as well.

I was a little hesitant in paying so much for a headset but in the end, they are well worth it, IMHO.

Run the wire under your shirt . ;)

I kill earbuds normally within weeks of purchasing, armband and running the wire up the sleeve works pretty well, hair tie/rubberband/ twist tie/ zip tie works pretty well for keeping the wires short enough to not hang out and get caught on stuff. Keeps the earbuds intact for longer periods that way.
