Under the Wisconsin switchblade law all of the knives in the photos are illegal. AB142 is going through the Assembly right now. This law would eliminate assisted opening knives from the law, and would also allow switchblades to be carried by LE and CCW permit holders. I don't think it's the perfect legislation, but it's much better than our current law. If you live in Wisconsin, please write to your representative and ask them to vote for AB142

The way I read that law, IMHO, the utility knife and the razor blade "Scraper" are not illegal. They do not open just by pushing a button, you must push & slide the lever, Two separate movements. The Assisted Opener is opened by pushing the lever or thumb stud on the blade, not the handle. Just my opinion, but the current law is very ambiguous and open for way too much interpretation.
