Wisconsin Lifts Ban On Switchblades????

Hey everyone!

I read some online articles referencing a bill amendment AB 142 regarding making switchblades legal for Wisconsin residents who hold a CCW permit. I can't make much sense of it (what it really says, if it even passed, etc.). Can anyone provide me any input? Thanks!
