I think it is time to make some wishes for 2001. What new knives do you like to see from Chris Reeve Knives nexted year??

Personaly I would like to see a new line of fixed blades. Blade shapes like the Shadow or the Sebenza. Handles in Titanium or/and wood. What do you think??

Agree, a small Sebenza shaped fixed blade with some nice wood or Mammoth ivory?

OR a Wharncliffish style blade about 2 1/2" long would be great...

Hope I'm not going out on a limb here, but I'm thinking...

Wharncliffe

(Go ahead, make me a sebenzanistaite person).

Is it just me or is the small sebby a shade to small and the large sebby a shade too large. A 3 1/4" sebenza with a classic blade and a regular handle. And don't forget the wood inlay either. Hey Santa, you listening?

Or more seriously, some other mateials for the inlay would be interesting, say blacklip MOP.

Make the cutout for the clip on the Sebenza an option! If this is truly a "custom production" knife, why not give us the option of "clip or no clip" instead of charging us "no clipers" $20 to fill the hole that we never wanted???

Glad to have that off of my chest...

I'm with Gary....WHARNCLIFFE. It's funny, cause this is exactlly what I wanted to post today and somebody beat me to it. This forum is great. Yes please bring us a wharncliffe style blade.

Where can I see what a "wharncliff blade looks like?? Anyone able to post a picture?

Thanks.

Jon

I'm with you, JBP. The point of the wharncliffe is necessarily somewhat fragile.
I don't believe a wharncliffe blade could take the abuse

my sebenza routinely endures.

how about an umfaan with a clip?

I won't ever buy one unless it has a clip.At least make it an option. I "really" want a small gentleman's folder with a clip, the umfaan is appealing, but it NEEDS a clip.

We're not asking that much, are we?
