I can not choose between the 0801CF or the 0560BW. They are both so awesome. What do you guys think?

0560. I don't own one, but I got to play with one for a few hours. Hell of a knife. The design seems more functional than the 0801, and that blackwash...:thumbup:

Damn, ya beat me to it!

The 560 is more of a hard use knife, and the 801 is more of a gentleman's knife. The grip provided by the texturing on the 560 is wonderful.
