WKH Knives Eustis FLA?

Would appreciate some much needed help ... have tried all types of searches and nothing. Recently aquired a WKH Knives Eustis FLA knife and sheath. Knife you would swear was a Randall 4-5 with WKH stamped into the blade. The sheath looks to be a Johnson sheath with no markings to reflect this ... only has WKH KNIVES EUSTIS FLA on the back. They both look like 1960's, maybe early 1970's? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
