Hey y’all, I’ve been having wobbling belt issues lately. I re-aligned all the wheels and have great tension.

Today, I noticed something, and I think this might be the problem, but I wanna get y’all starts first. I noticed my tracking wheel slopes inward. Is that normal?. see photo.

Could this be the problem?

Doesn't it just move each way?
Isn't that just where you last left if?

Let me ask if something has changed?
I've noticed some belts(manufacturers) run better than others

It looks worn unevenly. Did the belt always ride on the left side? I can't tell from the picture, but if the wheel is symmetric, you could try to flip it over and see if it tracks better that way.

Make sure to test with a brand new belt. I like to use trizacts for this, they run really smoothly.

Look at the tracking wheel itself. Is it supposed to be a perfect crown? Looks like the wheel is lopsided to the left.
Is it an old wheel?

My red label 120's wobble
My Pop's ceramic 50's don't.
Looking at my tracking wheel (Pheer) it looks pretty even.

The crown should be centered. It appears the crown of yours is to the right. Belt quality definitely makes a huge difference, but I would try the new wheel.

Yep, you're right the wheel does "look like" the crown is toward the right side some. You've got a new wheel coming, but you might try wrapping a few turns of electrical tape in the center to see what happens. I've used that for flat wheels with no crown.
