Let me say right off the bat that I have always sucked at woodwork, I was useless at school and have remained useless to this day !!!:o

When I go camping, however, I have been known to whittle an eating/stirring implement.....I won't go as far as to say a spoon as that would be stretching the truth.
Today I decided to see if one could be made using my Mark Wohlwend PSK design. As long as my implements do the job I don't care too much on their appearance so I spent as long on this as it took for my cup of tea to cool down enough to drink !

I was amazed just how well this little thing worked and I'm sure someone with better skills than me could really turn out something half decent !

I then tested the edge by whittling a fuzz stick on the other end:

Great little gadget to have in ya Altoids tin eh !

I've been thinking about getting one of them. Not sure if I will or not, but it does look pretty darn good.

H.ey Pitdog,

That is my favorite tin knife to date. I have always liked the efficiency of that style of integrated guard.

Do you have any in hand shots?

Nice little tool.. Who makes them, or did you craft it yourselves ?? Also if bought, what was the price , and do they have a link ??

Mark Wohlwend makes them and has his own forum in the makers section !;)
