Won an iPod shuffle!

I had just finished my daily spicy chicken burger at school for lunch today and was just sitting around waiting to get this day over with when one of the lunch ladies walked up to me and told me I won something. I got into the kitchen with her, and was expecting a $.50 confection or something when she brought out a new in box iPod shuffle. I guess they had a random raffle of everyone who buys a lunch from them. I was really surprised and psyched! I never got into the iPod craze, and I don't have an mp3 player. Now I have this little baby, though. Not the newest or best iPod, it's the 512, but for a $2.25 lunch you can't beat it! It's great- I've got 113 songs on it hooked up through a cassette adapter to my car stereo, and it's got another feature that I love- I can use it as a flash drive too. I uploaded the songs in alphabetical order so I can either shuffle them or toggle and search them relatively easily without a display. I like the earbuds, too- they're the nicest pair I've owned. :thumbup:
 
I got my first Shuffle (512) when they first came out, now I've got a 1G.


I love it, lots of bang for the size and good battery life. I make hard drives for a living, so I really like the flash memory :eek:. You can drop it and not screw it up.



Yeah, I learned to navigate without a display too
 
I'll have to look those up, Mellow! I'm getting the XM Pioneer Inno soon to use for portable XM reception! :cool:

Nice! I was trying to decide between a Sirius Stilleto and a T-Mobile Dash, and picked The Dash. Needed a smart phone worse than a satellite receiver.
