CRK customer service is wonderful. I sent in my small Sebenza to be refurbished and a week later recieved a call from Ken Hunter. He was very courteous, friendly, and explained all my options and complemeted me on how well I had taken care of my knife. They're going to re-finish and resharpen my blade for only $20! I love CRK!

i had anne call me when my Umfaan was ready, about a week after sending it in. heck, everytime i speak to someone at CRK they are by FAR the MOST courteous and responsive people i speak with. you can "hear' the smile on their faces and how happy they are, and that makes it a real pleasure, on top of what is actually delivered, to do business with the CRK family!!
