I got the Bilton in the 10/12 YDDD, sent payment and Yangdu mailed it.
Haven't received it yet, so I emailed Yangdu, she replied the following day saying I will mail another one. Most other companies I have dealt with would have said sorry gotta wait till I can file my claim thorugh the Post Office. Not Yangdu, she is a great person to deal with and HI and Yangdu will continue to get my bussiness.

I think there are some khuks, like socks, that simply vanish into the Twilight zone.

Uncle Bill said he would only do business if the customer was right; or he wouldn't do business.

James, That's too bad. Sorry to hear it never showed up. I got the Bilton from the DOTD before that one. Satisal chainpuri style handle. I love it. I would have gone after yours but you beat me to it. It's got the older style blade with no bend, just a continous curve from handle to tip.

Received the Bilton from Yangdu today and when I opened the package to my suprise there was a second small khukuri. I called Yangdu and she said I was a extra gift for being so patient and understanding. What a perfect lady, HI and Yangdu will get my business for a long time to come.:thumbup:

Unfortunately I don't have a digitial camera yet, but maybe I will find it in my stocking on Christmas morning. Along with the YCS Karda 4.5 inch blade and carved Chandan handle and a 20 inch Sirputia with a Chandan handle that I want for Christmas.
