I'm not ever sure where to begin with this amazing auction...
Usually when auctions are written in ALL CAPS with a lot of exclamation marks!!! and a lot of italic underlined text it is a bad sign. This one is no exception.
THIS NEW MODEL IS HARDER THAN THE LAST ONE I RAN OUT OF A MONTH AGO. IT COMES IN ON THE ROCKWELL SCALE AT A STRONG 68!!!!
All I can say is Bwahahahaha!
This isn't a typo because he says:
BUT THE LAST GROUP I SOLD RATED AT ABOUT A 63 + OR - 2, AND THESE NEW ONES RATED EVEN HIGHER!!!!
For those who don't know, these knives are Chuchillo Shark-Tecs. They are simple diver's knives. Aitor, the manufacturer, is a Spanish knife company. These are made in Spain.
THESE KNIVES ARE MADE OF HIGH GRADE 100% AMERICAN 440 SURGICAL STAINLESS STEEL...
THIS IS GOOD OLD FASHIONED AMERICAN STEEL
It gets even better still:
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A KNIFE AS SOLID, STRONG, AND AS VERSATILE AS THIS, EXCEPT FOR A FEW BUCK KNIVES, CASE, AND KERSHAWS, THAT WERE WAY OVERPRICED, SOME OF THEM OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS. THE ONLY KNIVES I HAVE SEEN THAT COME CLOSE ARE CUSTOM MADE S.C.U.B.A., OR SPECIAL OPERATIONS GROUP (SOG) KNIVES, AND THE PRICES ON THOSE THINGS IS OUTRAGEOUS.
BWAHAHAHAHA!
AND I TRY TO KEEP MY MERCHANDISE 100% AMERICAN MADE!! THESE DAYS IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND SOMETHING THAT IS ALL AMERICAN MADE. THERE ARE COMPONENTS OF THIS KNIFE THAT ARE MADE OVERSEAS, BUT IT IS ALL AMERICAN MATERIAL.
Note that in the auction "100% AMERICAN MADE" is is in red and in a larger font. I seriously doubt that the parts all come from America. He makes it sound like the manufacturer is an American company that's just outsourcing labor.
Oh and it's a
CAMPING UTILITY HUNTING UTILITY MILITARY MARTIAL ARTS TYPE KNIFE
Remember:
NO B.S.
