Me and my father were talking about knives the other day and he showed me this knife that he says he purchased at a sportsman show in Cleveland in the 70’s. It’s what I know as a traditional slip joint with a single blade. It has a badge on the side that reads “uncle Henry” and on the hilt of the blade it says schrade+ u.s.a. 124uh. I remembered him carrying it in his pocket for many years from the time I was a child all the way up until I moved to Pittsburgh for college. He still has the box and original packaging and all of that is in like new condition. The knif is in good condition, but is a bit worn and used. Not abused though. The knife is actually really nice in my opinion. Has some patina. The brass spacers are nice and dark. Looks like stag handles, but not sure if it’s real stag or simulated. I’d like to know more about it though if anyone can tell me. Pictures below. Thanks.
