Won't Sharpen......

I can't believe my eyes. We all know those little microscopic serrations on Cold Steel Knives right? Well I was looking at the faq section on their site and it says they won't resharpen their own serrations. It says its to time consuming. By the way they charge $10.00 or $7.00 to resharpen knives you buy from them. Isn't that kind of ridiculous? I don't own one but I would figure only they could sharpen it.
