Browsing ebay through the fuzz of late night california haziness can be a dangerous thing, and perhaps more so if you have some cash burning a hole in your pocket...

I'd say the danger escalates ever more if you happen to come across a "new condition" SFNO LE with a reasonable-ish (i think?) price tag.

SFNO LE is one of the first knives to make my grail list and now I can proudly say I {almost} have one. I couldn't help but click that "buy it now" button, which means it should hopefully be at my door by the beginning of next week! I imagine this is a pretty standard grail knife for a young piglet like myself, but I gotta say I'm quite excited to be getting this fine piece of INFI...

Will post up pics as soon as it hits my door step, and then start using it quickly there after ;-)

BTW- was it any of you Hogs here that posted this blade up on ebay? it's the only SFNO LE I've seen on ebay this week

Congratulations... sometimes you can find some very good Busse & Kin deals on EBAY.

I recently picked up a Tank Buster LE serial # 4 for what IO think was a great price.

I might have to break down and pay for a Gold memberhsip so I ccan post pictures.

SFNO LE - Special Forces Natural Outlaw Limited Edition (2009): Only sold to Hogs @ $427, then $367 for each additional purchased

I hope you got a fair price. Anything under $600 would "fair" IMO. It's one of my favorite Busses ever.

Congrats on the score! The SFNO LE is top notch! I had the pleasure of owning one for a few months, but sold it recently because I wasn't using it. The hand-sanded Micarta is awesome though!

Enjoy it!

Thanks guys!

It was a $499 "buy it now" and ended up being $515 after shipping. Seems on the higher end of what they're going for, but I have a feeling prices are only going to go up with time, so I figured now was as good a time as any!

I know I'll get at least $515 worth of use and smiles out of it, so I'm not complaining :-)

reddawn - I've been admiring the pic in your sig line since my very first visits to this fine internet forum, before I ever created an account even...if I recall correctly, it was actually one of the pics that swayed me from NMSFNO to SFNO when I first decided I needed a natural outlaw to compliment my natural outlaw lifestyle ;-)

So I let me say thank you for that --- thank you!

very cool,,,,you will love it!! i still have 2 of them,,#22[my user] and #26[safe queen]. they are some of the very best knives ive ever had.

Congratulations!! I have a NMSFNO and it is one of my fav's but the SFNO is still on my hit list. Enjoy.

I had both & chose to keep the NMSFNO. Don't ask me why as they are both fantastic blades! I plan on adding hand sanded tigerhide and getting a satin finish put on my NMSFNO at some point. $515 is a pretty decent price! What handles does it have, and what #?

To tide you ever while you wait. One of the very best 'all-arounders'.

BOSS

Thanks guys :-)

As with all SFNO LE's, it has tigerhide linen micarta slabs (right?). I don't know the number yet believe it or not. For whatever reason I still haven't received a single email from the seller...if he didn't have 100% positive feedback and a history of dealing with Busses, I'd probably start to worry with no correspondence from him up to this point...

Thanks for the sexy pics BOSS! The more I look at the SFNO, the more I love it!

The big question now is when do I get to start using it?!
