Wood framed, leather pouch for cellphone, SAK and Microstream

I'm considering building a wood framed belt pouch to hold my cell, SAK Cadet and AAA flashlight, covering the whole thing with grey suede.

Any suggestion?

I've seem combo pouches for knife and light, etc, but can't seem to locate the threads.

Anybody ever try this??
